- Refunds/Cancellations: Our refund policy is as follows: If you are not satisfied with a product or service, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at tony@mydesignlab.co.uk for a refund or exchange. Digital products may be non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
9. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
If you subscribe to recurring services, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. To cancel, follow the instructions on the Site or contact us at tony@mydesignlab.co.uk. We may change subscription fees; we will provide notice at least 30 days before any increase.
