  • Refunds/Cancellations: Our refund policy is as follows: If you are not satisfied with a product or service, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at tony@mydesignlab.co.uk for a refund or exchange. Digital products may be non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

9. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

If you subscribe to recurring services, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for subscription fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. To cancel, follow the instructions on the Site or contact us at tony@mydesignlab.co.uk. We may change subscription fees; we will provide notice at least 30 days before any increase.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from us (email, in-app notices) regarding your account and the Service.
